Provides remedial education, labor market information, and job placement assistance to those aged 16 through 21
Counseling, life skills/job skills training, GED preparation and basic education, mentoring, tutoring and other supportive services are offered through various public and non-profit agencies
Provides fire safety education to children, adolescents and adults
Addresses the problem of juvenile fire-setting to reduce the number of new fire-sets and recidivism
Provides a safer community through fire safety intervention
Uses a referral system including, but not limited to, parents, schools, Family Court, and police and fire departments
Works to maintain or return juveniles involved with Family Court, Probation, Juvenile Intake, Juvenile Justice Commission or Juvenile Detention Center to the community through sanctions or social service programs
