Medical
The Medical component of the Center consists of a full time nurse and two part time nurses who see to the daily medical needs of the residents. The County also contracts with Morristown Memorial Hospital for a part time Pediatric Medical Doctor or Nurse Practitioner who visits the Center regularly and is on call 24/7 for medical emergencies.
Any medical emergency is immediately handled by the trained custody staff, local police and first aid squads.
